Whyteleafe Community HUB
The Whyteleafe Food Hub
No one should go hungry
The Whyteleafe Food Hub is a weekly local food parcel service, for those who are unable to temporarily afford basic necessities.
Working with local stores and donations from residents, volunteers coordinate food parcels to local residents in need on a weekly basis.
Since 2020, the Whyteleafe Food Hub helps around 300 residents a month in Whyteleafe, Kenley, Warlingham, Hamsey Green, Caterham and surrounding areas.
We welcome donations of in-date good quality food, drink, household items and toiletries.
If you need the Food Hub service
Anyone wishing to receive a food parcel from the Whyteleafe Food Hub will need to provide a referral from one of the following people or organisations: Doctor, Health Visitor, School Liaison Officer, Citizen's advice bureau, Job centre, another food bank.
They will need to be a resident of Whyteleafe or in a surrounding town that isn't covered by another food bank (e.g. Purley or Caterham).
If you're unsure, please contact us and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
